Starz Restaurant, Resorts World Sentosa.

We went for a weekend buffet.  2 kids up to age 12 get to eat free with 2 paying adults.  This made it worthwhile for my family.

Here is a video of the food.  Pity the defective potong ice-cream at 4:50.  I guess they need to be more careful with this.

Casino on the left.  Singaporeans have to pay to enter the casino.  We were not going there today.

Simple yet elegant set-up.  Not many people here this afternoon, at least not yet.

Desserts.  Mixture of western and local, nonya.

They called this the fruit rojak.  Do it yourself.

Sushi, however there was no sashimi.

Tau hu goreng.

Beef rendang.

Nasi lemak and fried chicken wing.

Prata and Roti John.

Condiments for the congee.

Har Kau, or prawn dumpling.

Satay.

Carrot cake, both black and white.
